Report Requirements

What percentage of the total CEV do you want to target to be apportioned to Party A/B? CEV stands for Cash Equivalent Value, and is the capitalised value of your pension benefits. It provides a convenient way of assessing the value of your pension in relation to your other assets.

What percentage of the total pension income do you want to target to be apportioned to Party A/B? We will estimate the income payable by each pension at the retirement ages stated below.

Pension offsetting is one of the options available when divorcing or dissolving a civil partnership. It provides a clean break between all parties, as the value of any pensions is offset against other assets of the same or similar value.

The report produced will be based on 1 retirement age for each party.

We can produce additional calculations based on extra retirement ages for 1 or both parties. These will incur an additional cost as detailed in the quote.
Please include any additional ages required below (separated by a comma if more than one age required e.g. 65, 67).

Please tick which dates you want the report to be based on:-
Date of Cohabitation to Date of Separation
Date of Marriage to Date of Separation
Date the pension was first set up to Date of Separation
Date the pension was first set up to Current Date

Or between specific dates
